[SBU Board] 2019 Sun Tan Sectional Update

Hi all,
thing is, about July 12-14...that has been our date recently, but in the
past we have often had a sectional at the beginning of August.  But it does
go to show--bump a date once, and then it can be hard to get it back.  And
I also agree that anything too close to Penticton and Las Vegas will be
difficult for any Unit 446 sectional.
