[SBU Board] Updated 2017 Tournament Planning Calendar

Folks,

Our board's Tournament Sites Committee develops and employs a tournament planning calendar tool to identify constraints and formulate proposed annual tournament lineups (dates & sites) for review and approval by the full board.

As (a) plans for our fall open & NLM sectionals have been in flux, (b) we need to support Mike in establishing viable dates for Trifecta and Captain's games, and (c) planning for our events might be impacted by potential D19 decisions on a fifth 2017 regional in the fall in combination with associated implications for NAP Finals, it's time to update the 2017 planning calendar.  Revision E is attached hereto.  Please be mindful that the scheduling constraints reflected on the calendar are constantly in flux; there have been many changes just since Revision D was produced in January.  If you find something on the calendar that needs changing or updating, please advise -- we need to ensure configuration control.

Eric has kindly offered to post the updated calendar on Google Docs so we all might more easily refer to it.
