[SBU Board] Updated 2017 Tournament Planning Calendar

Google doc version of the tourney calendar has been created and invites
sent to everyone. Its probably best to use that version going forward since
everyone will have access to the most up to date version and its easy to
see the revision history to understand what updates have been made, when,
and who made them.
