[SBU Board] Agenda for 1/3 Board Meeting

Hi all,

Please find the proposed agenda for the 1/3 board meeting attached.  Note
that I will attend and preside until the new president is elected. After
that, my official duties close, though I will always be happy to answer
questions or be a reference point for the board as needed.

I recommend the board review the descriptions of roles and committees
managed by the board here on our Google Drive, in preparation for the
elections and appointments portion of the meeting:
