[SBU Board] Faux sectionals (e.g., Valentine's weekend) - how to broaden appeal?

Turns out I *can* figure out who the juniors are using the membership type
field!  The folks I spot-checked had just slipped out of junior status.
So, I've added a Juniors points race as well. :)
