[SBU Board] Faux sectionals (e.g., Valentine's weekend) - how to broaden appeal?

Yes, let's figure out an event for I/N players. Our previous I/N events --
which really were more straight-up-newcomer events -- are a good model.
This is the kind of game that the unit could run on RealBridge if we don't
care about awarding masterpoints.
If we want to award masterpoints, we should get the Unit's VACB credentials
up and running, and run the game ourselves on BBO; we would be required to
charge a game fee of at least $3.00.
