[SBU Board] FW: Unit Approval Required

It's also moot if we don't care about blocking EBC either way.  :) And if
that's the case, I'd prefer that we just go ahead and let the ACBL know
we're fine with this rather than putting it "on hold" waiting for IUOE to
settle.

Let's set aside the uncertainty of IUOE's plans and presume that our
sectional will be Oct 16-18 for the purpose of this discussion. With that
in mind, would all available board members please respond to this
one-question survey on topic by 1/18?
