[SBU Board] Jabon trophy (and other 2019 awards)

Hi all,

Just wanted to circle back to the board to confirm that Jessie Cai will be
our Jabon recipient for 2019.

Ray is contacting the 2018 award winners to retrieve the awards for
updating and re-awarding to 2019 recipients.

The 2019 certificates and awards for the ACBL issued awards won't be ready
until later in the month, as they give some leeway for clubs to post
results late before finalizing. I'll be managing those and will bring to
the sectional.

Re: 2020 -- The next meeting will have an agenda item to agree on two
points of discussion related to the Jabon trophy: whether regionals we host
should or shouldn't be included in the totals and whether we want to codify
any exclusions (e.g., eligibility points, NABC+ wins).
