[SBU Board] looking at the calendar for sept oct

I just got off the phone with Bev at the Union Hall.  Right now these are
the dates available to us in September & October:

September 18, 19 & 20
October 30,31, 11/1

She is still waiting to hear back from the group that tentatively has
October 16, 17 & 18 reserved.  She did say that group prefers 10/2, 10/3 &
10/4 but their decision hinges on other open dates in other venues; they
haven't got their 2020 dates set yet.  To quote Bev "the dates we want are
a strong possibility" but she cannot commit to us at this time.
