[SBU Board] Revised Harvest Sectional flyer - for board review ASAP

The Qualifier is a 2 session event that is paid for as a s 2 session
event. The second session that 2 session eventis a final and a
consolation. The consolation is open for new entries and run as a one
session event. But when you buy the entry at the beginning of the day you
are buying for two sessions unless you specifically state at that point
that you are buying for one. . That is the event type that has always been
run at our fall sectional. Mike is , as I stated previously, one hundred
percent correct about that. That's the event we voted on at the meeting
and that is how it should be described on the flyer. It would seriously
against our interests to allow people to buy one session and then not play
in the evening because they didn't qualify for the final. Plus this would
be much harder on the directors.

Can we please just get the flyer printed to publish the event that we voted
to run? I'm sorry if what was voted on was not clear. But I don't think
that's generally the case.
