[SBU Board] January Meeting Minutes

Meeting minutes are attached. I'd like to call to the board's attention the
list of action items related to the Sweetheart Sectional, which should be
closed at the earliest opportunity:

Check with David Taylor to see how we will be covered, can we dovetail with
the Portland regional happening the week following

Check on insurance certificate

Confirm if we need to pay site fee to Vasa in advance

Set up tournament phone (Google Voice), review last year’s Sweetheart
postmortem (use mail list search tool and posted meeting minutes), prepare
announcement notes

Setup Crew – plan to be at the site no later than 8:30am on Friday Feb 15th
