Folks,

Some of you are in Seaside and perhaps might not pick up this email until your return.

We have a lot of ground to cover at our Oct 10 board meeting.  To streamline the Tournament Sites Committee topic, I’d like to share the following.

I’ve updated our online 2019 U446 Tournament Planning Calendar. I’m attaching below a one-sheet status and look ahead on our 2019 and 2020 tournaments.  Near term actions are highlighted in red font.  I do plan to bring copies of this document to facilitate review & discussion on Oct 10.
