[SBU Board] Publicity Update - 2018 publicity schedule

Hi all,

For tonight's publicity update, I will review the attached 2018 draft
publicity schedule.  (I'll bring printouts.)  In particular, I'm seeking
feedback on the association of sectionals to newsletters and if we want to
make any adjustments to the timing of promotion.

The goal of this doc is to help me make sure I'm on track for publicity
efforts and to also be a reference for the board if you have any activities
that you want to promote (e.g., unit games, special events, surveys,
meet-ups at NABCs) that are outside the sectional schedule.

If you won't be at the meeting tonight, please take a look and feel free to
email me any questions or comments.
