[SBU Board] Site Selection -- 2019 Sun Tan Sectional

Folks,

At our last board meeting we selected July 5-7 as the dates for our 2019 Sun Tan sectional.  We have two sites to choose from for those dates — Kent Commons West Gym and Mercer Island Islander Middle School (IMS) Commons.

We are familiar with Kent Commons West Gym, having run three sectionals there in recent years.

Yesterday, Renae and I conducted a site survey of IMS Commons — a written report and pics are attached hereto.

Please review the IMS report and pics in preparation for making the site decision at our Sept 5 board meeting.
