[SBU Board] Site Selection -- 2019 Sun Tan Sectional

I won't be there Sept 5, but the main thing I noticed with IMS is the lack
of air conditioning. While it might normally be fine, if its a particularly
hot weekend it seems like it could get pretty miserable with lots of people
in a room. Not only could that cause the July sectional to fail, but also
hurt our attendance at future sectionals for years to come. Olympia didn't
have air conditioning last year and it was DREADFUL. Not only did
attendance drop down to almost nothing on the 2nd day (8 tables in the main
pair event on Saturday), but the people who I've talked to about it aren't
interested in going back after it was so bad. They are putting "Air
Conditioned Comfort!" in all their flyers to reassure people it won't
happen again, but it will still likely hurt attendance into the future.

That said, IMS looks nice and I'm fine with that too. The location is
certainly better for me and I'm not going to personally have issues
regardless of how hot it is. It just seemed worth highlighting the risk.
