[SBU Board] Draft Flyer - Sweetheart Sectional 2018 - Send feedback by 9/30

One of Jenny's concerns was that the 3:30 game would not be over by 7:00.
I believe there was significant input from the board to have the start
times for those sessions as 3:00 and 7:30. That should address this
issue. To be clear I did not think I was voting for a solution that would
have an overlap between the two sessions and make it impossible for peoiple
to play in the afternoon and evening.
