[SBU Board] Draft Flyer - Sweetheart Sectional 2018 - Send feedback by 9/30

My understanding was that the times we initially voted on were 10:30 and
3. I'm not sure where 11 came from - maybe some discussion at the end
with concerns about start times?

10:30 and 3 is also more consistent with what we've done before. If we
tried to start at 11 would Saturday also start at all? That seems like
it would be confusing if not, but a really late lunch if so.
