In the CEO report, I particularly find the material on districts' finances (see also the accompanying Districts Financials Analysis file), club support, and restructuring of field team interesting.  Concerning restructuring, at yesterday's D19 board meeting I learned that Matt K has been offered a new position leading ACBL-wide training of TDs and that responsibility for assignment of all DiCs in the US west coast area might be transferring to Arlene Harvey.
