[SBU Board] I/N tasks

Sorry that I wasn't able to make it to the board meeting on Monday
evening.  I was actually driving across MI at around 7 or 8 after unloading
but wasn't about to try to negotiate MI streets in that monstrous truck.

I've attached the task tracker for this weekend's I/N.  I've made a few
assumptions about what's done and what's not done but have some specific
follow-ups:

   - Setup / tear-down: Patti / Ann, any actions needed here?
   - Caddies: Patti / Ann, none needed, correct?
   - Photographers for winners: Patti / Ann, has this been arranged?
   - Board duplication: Presumably Sharon is doing this.  Patti / Ann,
   please confirm.
   - Restricted parking: Patti / Ann, please confirm that someone will
   block parking appropriately.
   - Day of tournament phone: I sent info to Patti.  Patti, let me know if
   you have any questions.
   - Day of tournament paperwork: Patti / Ann, tomorrow I will email you
   several pages to print and bring to the tournament.

I will follow-up with Halloween task tracker details next week.  (That
sheet in the spreadsheet hasn't been updated.)
