[SBU Board] Dates

1PM for proposed time.

I don't think we have a specific break in the bracket, people sign up 
for whichever bracket they'd prefer to play in.

FWIW I've heard verbally from a few people that they are fine w/ the 
extension and proposed Trifecta dates, altho definitely not a majority 
of the board.

The issue with the bracket 1 extension is 1 team is wanting to start 
asap and if we hit 9 teams then things get more complex. TBH, I think we 
can work around that by randomizing all scenarios ahead of time with 
placeholder teams for potential late entries. We can then let the teams 
that want to start asap know which 1-3 teams they can go ahead and 
schedule games against since they'd be in a position to play those 1-2 
regardless of what size we end up with.

For example, lets say we have teams A B C D E F G H and potential teams 
I and J

In 8 teams, everyone plays everyone so it doesn't matter
9 teams, it'd be 3 brackets of 3, play the other brackets. So we might 
randomize and see that ADI, BCF, and EGH are the brackets
10 teams it'd be 2 brackets of 5 and play the other bracket, so we might 
randomize and see that ACDFH and BEGIJ are the brackets

Now if team A wants to start early, we can tell them that they are free 
to schedule with teams B, E, G immediately but would need to wait for 
the brackets to be set to schedule any other matches.
