[SBU Board] KO Sectional Post Mortem

That reminds me of one of Jenni's points: we don't generally want to have a
2nd 0-200 single session swiss since it never makes. The suggestion was to
just have one and fold people who want to play 2 sessions into the main
swiss to begin with.
