Yes, we surely should explore/consider sites with 30+/- tables.
At 8- to 9-foot spacing we need ~2,000 to ~2,400sqft for 30 tables. 9-foot is more comfortable for players and DIC. Also need DIC and hospitality space. And, since room form factors are rarely a multiple of 8 or 9 feet in length or width, there is normally some amount of "wasted" space.
I too, sense we have a bulge in the pipeline of newer players.
We should not overlook south end venue opportunities.
John W has said he will be checking out the Jewish Day School (where an NLM was held a number of years ago BTW) and Larry said he would check Bellevue school system facilities.
