Folks,

I'll be away in Spokane April 3-8 for a D19 Board meeting and a portion of the Regional.  Thus with limited turnaround time ahead of our April 11 board meeting, I'm attaching hereto a draft agenda.  Please let me know if you have additional agenda items. 

As noted on the draft agenda, we'll be meeting at the Starbucks on NE8th St to the north of Bellevue Square (thanks Susan).
