[SBU Board] Membership Trends

I just came across some recent ACBL membership trends data and have extracted district-by-district data and the data for D19 units, see attached.  While inferences are often made at one's own risk, in the bigger picture D19 is seemingly faring pretty well in comparison with other districts.  U446 membership appears to have turned in a more positive direction since the start of 2014 (and up another 42 in 2016 through May 1), however we're still down from 3 years ago.  Some of the other relatively large D19 units appear to be gaining members at a higher rate than U446; perhaps there are things we could learn from them.
