[SBU Board] Unit Board Active Items

And, as usual, I've changed my opinion about Swiss lunch.  We ought to
do it on site (to save time).  Kim is checking with her lunch
people--they have an event taking place that same day and MAY be able
to accommodate us for $10/head (picnic type food--hot dogs, salad,
fruit, etc).  I know this is higher than we normally charge....or
we'll do Costco wraps and croissant sandwiches and salad.  if the
latter, I'll need some help...Stay tuned.
