[SBU Board] Unit Board Active Items

I will have confirmation if the picnic idea will work by 6/28. Our Forest Ridge caterer is out of town and needs to coordinate when he gets back from vacation. He told me he thinks it's doable but will confirm on the 28th.

I think it would be fun and different to have a BBQ and WAY less work for Ann. Actually, no work for Ann. :)

And, as usual, I've changed my opinion about Swiss lunch.  We ought to do it on site (to save time).  Kim is checking with her lunch people--they have an event taking place that same day and MAY be able to accommodate us for $10/head (picnic type food--hot dogs, salad, fruit, etc).  I know this is higher than we normally charge....or we'll do Costco wraps and croissant sandwiches and salad.  if the latter, I'll need some help...Stay tuned.
