Sometimes players need to be almost hit over the head to get their attention.  Given smokers addiction, I think we need strong wording and board members need to talk to players that might be offenders before we have a problem.

Given the problems with smoking at the Suntan sectional this weekend, I asked David Wright to plan to incorporate a note on the front page of the SUN newsletter that is about to go to print.  He has agreed to do this.  Absent objection, tomorrow (Monday 7/18) I will send him the blurb on the attached Word file.  Please let me know immediately if you have a concern with proceeding with this blurb.
