Tim, I think the response is too mild if this is all we intend to do.  Do we know offenders?  If we believe the rules were adequately advertised, disregard should result in a penalty. How can we ask great venues to accept us if we blow off totally reasonable conditions?  And a fire? OMG.

He has agreed to do this.  Absent objection, tomorrow (Monday 7/18) I will send him the blurb on the attached Word file.
