[SBU Board] Schedules for NLM and KO Sectionals

Hi all,

Please take a look at these requests for approval for our NLM and KO
tournaments.  These are based on last year's events and schedule.  Let me
know if there's anything you'd like me to change.  Once finalized, I'll
send these docs to the acbl for approval.

By our next meeting I'll produce similar docs for the rest of this year's
tournaments.

Susan, please add this to Monday evening's agenda.
