[SBU Board] SNGB Grant Reset

Thank you, Tim.

I really appreciate the effort you put into this, and your willingness to
stick with the plan that the board approved. I know you and John (and
others) put in a lot of time working on a resolution to this issue. Thanks
to all involved.

I'm glad we are going to support Seattle youth bridge in this way.
