[SBU Board] Barometer Game financials

Hello all,

Below is a breakdown of the Barometer game financials.

When setting up the trifecta games I went off information from the last time the unit ran MUG games (2011) and upgraded a bit.

Club Fees:                           $12/table up to 10 tables and then $10/table after that
                                             21 tables = $120 + $110 = $230 for EBC
Director Fees:                    $80 for up to 10 tables, and $5/table above that
                                             21 tables = $80 + $55 = $135
Sanction Fees:                   21 tables @ $1.25/table =  $26.25

Entry fees:                          84 participants X $9 = $756

So, if my calculations are correct, we made $364.75 (minus hospitality).

John, when writing a check to EBC, they will have to pay the sanction fees so please write a check for $256.25

Thanks to everyone on the board who supported our new event (either by playing, setting up or cleaning up), and a special thanks to Jeff who made at least 15 sets of boards (with 2 on the fly since people came who didn't sign up).

Hopefully the next 2 games of the Trifecta will be equally as successful! Remember, September 13th is Fast Pairs in West Seattle and November 22nd is Mixed pairs at SBC.
