[SBU Board] Barometer Game financials

Thanks, Kim.

This is a great kickoff to the new unit games. I looked into my records for
the last unit-sponsored games (as opposed to the ones where we just let the
clubs use the sanctions). In 2011 we ran a full slate of monthly games, at
a net cost to the unit of $160 for the year.
