(OT) Phone/Internet options in OZ

When I was in OZ 3 years ago, everything was obscenely expensive. I
couldn't find any mobile plans that weren't crazy levels of cost, with
very limited data. Even free wifi was mostly a foreign concept.
While I'd love to hear that things have changed, everything that I've
read since doesn't suggest that it has.

Also, don't expect much in the way of cell reception or wifi (even
paid) inside Kakadu park. Its mostly completely off the grid.
