Apps starting in Offline mode

I tried another user, which works fine.
The users id's match.
It is evolution, swiftfox, and epiphany that open in offline mode for the
one user, which is my main user.
I am running debian testing with gnome.
I'm not sure what to delete that will effect the problem apps, but no others.
I will try xfce to see if the problem is universal.
