That's basically it.  Its supposed to be super awesome if you've got a
mobile device and are always moving from one network to another.  The
fools planning the distros seem to be on a quest lately to make them
all behave like Windows.

FWIW, i rip out NM immediately too.  Horrific PoS that it is.
