According to Atkins, that's the point, to get into the ketoacidosis
stage to burn off the fat, lose weight, and then all systems return to
normal after that happens, pretty much by themselves. So, he claimed it
isn't "bad" and that it's the body's way of correcting itself... seems
to be working for me, but I still check the blood sugars routinely. Beef
fat is supposed to be full of the good fats. I like grease running down
my chin. It used to be "chins". 

We may have to rename this list: "BBQ Man Stuff and oh yeah Linux"
