Motherboard for 1U server?

The majority of Tyan & Supermicro boards are designed for rackmount 
servers.  I haven't been terribly impressed with Supermicro boards lately, 
but Tyan generally does a good job.  Their website documents which 
formfactors fit into the different sized chasis.
