Motherboard for 1U server?

Hi all,

I found recently that a certain shop in Singapore carries 1U server
chassis (chasses?). I'm interested in getting the chassis, but I need to
get the motherboard from Hong Kong. I don't want to install HDD,
motherboard, etc. into the chassis in Singapore and fly up to Hong Kong
with it, in case the components get damaged. Also, it is a lot cheaper
to buy stuff in HK. 

So, anyway, does anyone know of a motherboard that I can use in a 1U
chassis? Please tell me the brand and model as well, if you can. The
motherboard needs at least one built-in ethernet socket, USB ports and
VGA, at a minimum. I know that there are many such motherboards on the
market, but the one concern I have is the CPU cooler. I have an Nvidia
motherboard, but it has a humongous cooler that cannot possibly fit into
a 1U chassis (I think).
