Motherboard for 1U server?

We have been moving mainly to SuperMicro this past year., with all new
systems being said hardware. Part of what we like about SuperMicro is
that they make the chassis as well. We use lots of removable disks. They
make nice 1U chassis with up to 4 hot swappable disks. I'm curious about
your complaint with their MBs?
