How is the samba box setup security wise? i.e. security = ADS | SERVER | 
DOMAIN ?
What is the time out for caching?
Is it using winbind?

If you are using windows XP go into control panel and remove the cached 
passwords. I had a password change that was corked because the XP box 
cached a password for the particular share.
