Yes, I've got SBC/Yahoo! DSL for nearly 3 years.  The only problem i had 
was about 3 months ago when service died during a rain storm, but they 
fixed it the next day.  Beyond that the service has been flawless.  I'm 
prolly luck, in that i'm getting 1.5Mb down for US$49/month.
