Using cdrecord on 2.6.9

Just a side note, it is no longer necessary (since 2.5 days) to use
any special scsi boot parameters for IDE cd burning. Just use (as
root, of course) 'cdrecord --scanbus=ATA:' or 'cdrecord [-v] dev=ATA:
...'. Just be DAMN SURE  you don't have DMA active for the cdwriter or
cdrecord (as well as your system) will fail miserably. Instead of
changing code to keep up with kernel changes, the cdrecord author
merely complains on every execution that he doesn't like the kernel
capabilities, but it works.

An extra note 'cdrecord --scanbus' with no parameters no longer works,
and there are indeed no /dev/??? scsci emulation devices any more.
