Indeed.  I got the impression from your original e-mail that you were
suggesting that Novell was somehow involved in driving the current lawsuit.
I haven't seen anything from Novell that suggests that, so that was what I
was really saying.  The whole chain of ownership WRT the Unix source is so
bizarre that even keeping track of the players hurts my brain.
