I have:
/usr/lib/qt3.0.3/lib/libqt-mt.prl

/usr/lib/qt3.0.3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3
/usr/lib/qt3.0.3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3.0

What version of QT do you have installed? IIRC qt3.0.4 won't work with 
kde3.0.1, you need qt3.0.3
