lib qt-mt

I am stummped at the moment with a compile of kdelibs-3.0.1, it is asking for 
the lib qt.mt. I have alib in 

/usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.prl
/usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3.0.4
/usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so
/usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3
/usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3.0

unsure wether this is the correct one as its not seeing it or it is the wrong 
one.

ideas please, I have got arts, kdebase and kdeadmin done but this is stopping 
me.
