I've installed it several times without error. Root is disabled, but
during the install a 'root' user (the only user) is created, and root
actions are done using sudo as that user.
IMHO, It's a nice distro, easy install, debian based, but they have
their own packages. No guarantees if you enable the "universe" of debian
packages. Gnome based, instead of the pervasive KDE. And gnoppix is now
based on ubuntu.
