How can one fix/change forgotten creation password

example FP 5.8 map:

No Creation Password:
map:374:0:31:07b5dd17:G>K#L!q)ga

With Creation Password:
map:374:0:31:07b5dd17:G>K#L!q)ga*:ADWqh*

Just remove the highlighted area. Note the start with a :.
Always try this on a test file first.
