env variable for current prc table name

the @cmdline does not help me once i start chaining or calling around
from table to table.  for now, i will go back to hardwiring and/or stuffing
into a variable to hold it.

its not a big deal to just keep doing it the old way but i just never know 
if stuff like this was added and just slipped through the documentation...
