env variable for current prc table name

Joe, I think maybe what you are referring to is the ability of the system
maintained array @cmdline to catalog the arguments along the commandline.
The -z prc_name would be one of them... Could this be it?
Actually, I remember the mention of a system maintained variable for
prc.name, too, but I couldn't find it either.
