[SBU Board] we have 23 pairs (so far) for the game tomorrow

and 4 board members who will be coming and helping (who are mentee-less
right now).
Several kids are coming (and Rui and Arthur and Nathan will be mentors)
I know that we'll need an extension cord for at least one crock pot, maybe
two, and I'll set up some hospitality before noon.
Should be a good event!
